Our menus are an ever evolving representation of the expertise and dedication of Chef Duilio Valenti, sous chef John "Pupone" Eitel and their kitchen staff. To take advantage of the prime ingredients seasons have to offer. We change our dinner menus daily so some of the dishes might not be available at the time of your booking.
